The general scope of activity of Vairogs-M Ltd. is welded steel structures manufacturing.

Company’s history

From 1991 to 1995, Vairogs-M designs, produces and assembles non-standard units for manufacturing enterprises, as well as conducts starting-up and adjustment of the units.

Since 1995, Vairogs-M has been designing, producing and assembling welded steel structures on construction sites.

In 1996, Vairogs-M worked up and commercialised a project for a serial production of GSM antenna towers (72m high towers).

In 2000, Vairogs-M worked up and commercialised a project for antenna towers production (up to 100m high).

In 2001, Vairogs-M set-up a production of industrial hoisting cranes.

In 2002, Vairogs-M commercialised a production of rolling stock welded frames.

Since 2005, Vairogs-M has been delivering its products mainly to countries in North Europe.

In 2008, Vairogs-M commercialised a production of molds designed for reinforced concrete constructions.

Production of cargo cranes.

The competence of the enterprise

The enterprise’s management system corresponds with the following requirements of international standards:

- ISO 9001:2008 “Quality management systems”;

- EN ISO 3834-2:2006 “Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials”.

 

The company produced welded steel load bearing structural elements correspond to LVS NE 1090-1+A1:2012 standard.
